nCobot is an Autonomous Mobile Manipulation Robot (short for AMMR) designed for intralogistics automation for your flexible and intelligent production goal. The product is an indoor industrial collaborative autonomous mobile robot, which consists of a hardware and a software system that work together and accomplish tasks. First, engineers write a series of programmed actions through the built-in nCobot control system. The system then establishes connections between UR, AMR, Gripper, camera and other devices. Next, nCobot control system will resolve the programmed actions and translate them into standard commands that are sent to the corresponding parts for execution. Calibrate the QR code through visual recognition, adjust UR position through the QR code, and automatically calculate the target position relative to the QR code. Finally, the robot arm performs gripping, palletizing, inspection, and insertion applications, and then moves to the next station to execute a new order.

Cobots are designed to interact directly with human operators, ensuring safety through limited force and speeds. The miniPAL+™ safety features include area scanners and radar, which monitor the palletizing cell and slow the robot to collaborative speeds if a person enters. Additionally, guarding creates a physical barrier while optimizing the footprint of 10' x 11'.

Dual pallet building locations reduce downtime when one pallet load is completed and needs to be removed from the cell. The system uses 110V AC power from a standard power outlet, making it quick and easy to integrate. It can be set up and running within a day of deployment.

ALCA PALLETIZER
Alca Palletizer is a collaborative robot palletizer that can handle payloads of up to 11.5kg at seven boxes per minute*, without a fence or cage surrounding it. The small footprint gives flexibility and scalability in its location and it can be moved easily on other end of lines thanks to the rugged design and the forklift entrance.

Following ISO standard 13849 and TS/15066 for robots, the Alca Palletizer is designed to work alongside personnel, if an operator comes into contact with the robot arm, it will automatically stop to reduce the risk of injury; Laser scanner, radars and other safety devices can also be integrated for maximize safety (Optional on request).

Alca Palletizer comes with fully integrated Rocketfarm "Pally" software. This allows to quickly design a new pallet pattern or load an existing one, including interlayers and adjustments for label location. Robot movements are optimized and synchronized with its telescopic pillar for the quick pick per minutes.

FLEX-LINE AUTOMATION
The boxEZ robotic case erector utilizes a Universal Robot to efficiently erect multiple sizes of boxes with a custom-designed end effector. By pulling unopened boxes from an automatic box magazine and forming and taping them, we ensure a seamless operation. And, by using a collaborative robot, we keep the unit’s footprint small while maintaining the flexibility to erect a range of box sizes.

Our in-house design team customizes both the box magazines and the end-of-arm tooling based on your specific box size requirements. Plus, our end-of-arm tooling can serve a dual purpose, functioning as a robotic palletizer or case packer if your production rate allows.

System speed is dependent on the layout and box size, with standard units achieving rates of 6-10 per minute. The standard robot case erector uses a forming and taping table and manual taper, but we can increase throughput by integrating an automatic taper into the system.

Designed for continuous operation, the boxEZ can also replace boxes on demand or integrate with warehouse management systems.
