Ha Gia Hien, one of our mid-level managers, is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the United States. With a strong foundation in management knowledge and modern business skills, he is preparing to assume a leadership role overseeing the business operations of Hamakyu USA LLC in the coming years. This preparation reflects the company’s global development vision and reaffirms Hamakyu’s commitment to cultivating a new generation of capable leaders with deep international market expertise.

Finance Manager
She joined the sales team in the early days of the company’s establishment, playing a key role in building and developing Hamakyu’s customer service foundation. Currently, she is responsible for managing all quotation requests and sales orders, ensuring the highest level of customer care at all times. Fluent in both English and Chinese, she serves as an effective bridge between the company and its international clients, contributing to market expansion and strengthening Hamakyu’s global brand reputation.

Technical Manager
With many years of experience in precision mechanics, electrical engineering, and automation, Nguyen Viet Son brings advanced technical expertise to the team. Proficient in 3D design software such as Autodesk, Navisworks 3D, and SolidWorks, he is a trusted expert in interpreting technical drawings and solving complex design and engineering challenges.

With over eight years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, and import–export operations, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Mai ensures that every process is executed with professionalism, precision, and efficiency. She oversees end-to-end shipment management, including all required documentation — such as Certificates of Origin (CO) when requested. Her commitment is to deliver reliable logistics services that guarantee on-time delivery and full compliance with international standards.
Fernando Raul Rodriguez Rodriguez
Financial Controller
Fernando, our talented Financial Controller from Mexico, joined the group in 2023. He plays a key role in ensuring that all international business transactions between Vietnam, Mexico, and the United States comply with relevant financial and legal regulations. In addition, Fernando is responsible for consolidating internal management reports, enhancing transparency and efficiency across the company’s financial operations.
Hoang Van Hoa
Technical Engineer
Since joining the company in 2022, Hoang Hoa has made significant contributions to the development of Hamakyu’s 3D design library. He is responsible for managing 3D design projects and providing in-depth technical consultation, helping to optimize design efficiency and enhance overall product quality.
