NONEAD nCobot
nCobot is an Autonomous Mobile Manipulation Robot (short for AMMR) designed for intralogistics automation for your flexible and intelligent production goal. It speeds up the intralogistics and liberate people from onerous and dangerous work, ensuring quality and efficiency at the same time. nCobot is featured in rapid deployment, plug-and-play integration, intuitive programming, safety and reliability without changing production layout. It enables you to adapt to the changing market, new products and production demands. You can easily replace top modules, modify tasks, and add new features without external integration.

The product is an indoor industrial collaborative autonomous mobile robot, which consists of a hardware and a software system that work together and accomplish tasks. First, engineers write a series of programmed actions through the built-in nCobot control system. The system then establishes connections between UR, AMR, Gripper, camera and other devices. Next, nCobot control system will resolve the programmed actions and translate them into standard commands that are sent to the corresponding parts for execution. Calibrate the QR code through visual recognition, adjust UR position through the QR code, and automatically calculate the target position relative to the QR code. Finally, the robot arm performs gripping, palletizing, inspection, and insertion applications, and then moves to the next station to execute a new order.
