Semitron® 490HR PEEK

Semitron® ESd 490HR PEEK electrostatic dissipative shapes that exhibit a higher resistivity value in the 10^9 to 10^11 ohms per square range. Semitron® ESd 490HR PEEK components are thermally stable to temperatures of 490° F / 270° C without degradation, and also possess high structural strength and stiffness combined with excellent dimensional stability. This particular grade is non-sloughing, which is why it is an ideal solution for socket, nest, and contactor manufacturing for test equipment, and other electronic device handling applications.

Ketron® CM GF30 PEEK

Ketron® GF30 Polyetheretherketone PEEK is a compression molded, 30% glass fiber reinforced grade with excellent dimensional stability and outstanding chemical, corrosion, and creep resistance. With the addition of glass fibers, Ketron® GF30 PEEK has a significantly low expansion rate and high flexural modulus. In addition to these characteristics, Ketron® GF30 PEEK is often favored for structural applications that require improved strength, stiffness, or stability, especially at temperatures above 300°F / 150°C.

Ketron® GF30 PEEK SP

Ketron® GF30 PEEK SP 30% glass fiber reinforced grade and offers higher stiffness and creep resistance than Ketron® 1000 PEEK SP and has better dimensional stability. This grade is appropriate for structural applications carrying high static loads for long periods of time at elevated temperatures. Ketron® GF30 PEEK SP is suitable for sliding parts but should be carefully examined as the glass fibers tend to abrade the mating surface.
