Ketron™ HPV PEEK
Ketron™ HPV PEEK shapes are carbon fiber-reinforced polyetheretherketone materials with graphite and PTFE lubricants, giving them the lowest coefficient of friction and the best machinability of all PEEK materials. Due to Ketron™ HPV PEEK’s combination of low wear and friction and high LPV, this grade is often chosen as a solution for service bearings, bushings, insulators, valves and seals.

- Excellent wear resistance: delivers outstanding structural durability and minimal material degradation under continuous contact friction.
- High limiting pressure velocity (LPV): sustains superior operational performance in extreme dynamic setups where speed and pressure forces intersect.
- High mechanical strength and stiffness: maintains rigid load-bearing capacity and robust performance without mechanical flexing or creeping.
