ECOpresstending
Schmidt press automation. The ECOpresstending robot cell from ECOSPHERE® GmbH & Co. KG enables a perfect automation solution in the area of punching, pressing and forming for small and medium quantities.
The all-inclusive package is configurable and therefore suitable for all customer requirements. The advanced Polyscope interface in conjunction with the ECOSPHERE®-URCap specially developed for the ECOpresstending enables the user to operate it easily.
Using an optional OPC/UA connection, the system can also communicate with the cloud in accordance with Industry 4.0 standards. The mobile and flexible robot cell can be used to create a hybrid workplace. This enables the cell to be easily disconnected from the press, which means that manual work can be carried out, for example for small quantities or in setup mode.
Both manual and automated operation are fully CE-certified and ready-to-use.
