Corrugated polycarbonate sheets

- Greca and trapezoidal (G): common choices for industrial skylight strips and warehouse roofs where the PC sheet overlaps with profiled metal roofing.
- Sine wave and round wave (W): used for greenhouses, shelters, patios and lightweight roofing where curved wave appearance is preferred.
- Trimdek and local profiles (T): profile matching can be reviewed against your metal sheet drawing, sample or project roof profile.
- UV co-extrusion (UV): outdoor panels can be supplied with UV protection to reduce yellowing and brittleness under sunlight exposure.
Applications for corrugated PC roofing sheets
Corrugated polycarbonate is best used where a roof needs daylight and weather protection without the weight of glass. For each application, confirm roof slope, purlin spacing, fastener type, washer material, overlap and thermal expansion allowance.• Industrial skylights: daylighting strips for factories, warehouses and public buildings where panels need to match metal roof sheets.
• Greenhouses and shelters: transparent or colored roofing for agriculture, garden structures, livestock sheds and drying areas.
• Canopies and walkways: lightweight panels for parking covers, corridors, awnings and temporary structures.
• Replacement projects: used when old FRP sheets need better transparency, cleaner handling or improved impact resistance.

Thickness: 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm. Confirm purlin spacing, wind load and hail risk.
Profiles: Greca, sine wave, trapezoidal, Rome, Trimdek and custom profile. Send drawing or sample for roof profile matching.
Light transmission: Clear about 90%; opal and bronze lower by color. Check daylight target, glare and heat gain.
Service temperature: -40°C to +120°C typical range. Allow thermal expansion in fixing holes and overlaps.
UV layer: Co-extruded UV protection available. Specify outdoor side and warranty expectation.
Processing: Custom length, profile development, packing and loading plan. Confirm maximum sheet length and container loading.
